The importance of diverse and dynamic teams in the workplace, which includes genuine diversity, which is opportunities for others to use inherent skills and unique life experiences.

Not everyone agrees on aspects of DEI. In a Pew Research poll, it showed that workers have mixed opinions on the value of different aspects of diversity where they work. This graph shows the percentages of people and how much importance they place on different groups represented in the workplace. It shows that people’s opinions of what viable DEI looks like varies. So what is the answer?
